Because Tatsu Ramen is a food product, all sales are final once shipped.

Returns

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or delivered food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Pre-Orders

If you placed a pre-order, you may request a cancellation and refund before the order ships by contacting us.

Once pre-orders have shipped, standard return rules apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
